Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. This role reports to the District Manager and involves delivering branded programs, building patient-focused relationships, and achieving territory sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and achieve or exceed sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and manage accounts and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory analysis.
