Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promoting Amgen products and navigating payer environments. You will implement the marketing strategy and contribute to territory plans with the District Manager.

The role involves building relationships, educating on product benefits, and meeting or exceeding sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement. Remote/hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or Business is preferred.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of sales experience qualifies.
• High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of sales experience qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to physicians to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including access and reimbursement discussions.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
