Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist to cover Bone Health in Midland, TX. You will provide clinical product knowledge to physicians, drive utilization, and lead educational programs.

The role requires building strong relationships with healthcare providers and navigating payer processes. Ideal candidates have a life sciences or business background and a proven sales track record; periodic travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 4+ years sales if Associate's degree; 6 years sales if HS diploma.
• Senior role requires Bachelor's with 3+ years sales/clinical experience or 6+ years with Associate; HS with 8+ years allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and lead programs to achieve territory sales targets in-person and virtually.
• Develop accounts, tailor discussions to customer needs, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Collaborate with District Manager to plan territory strategies and share best practices.
