Tech Sales Jobs seeks a Bond/Surety Producer in Miami, FL with remote work flexibility. You will source, develop and maintain commercial and contract surety bond relationships, advising clients on bonding, financial reporting, and risk mitigation to drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in surety sales, Florida P&C license, strong financial acumen, and active engagement with industry associations. This role offers a base plus commissions and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of active sales experience in commercial surety, contract bonding, or commercial insurance.
• Valid Active Resident Property & Casualty (P&C) license (e.g., 2-20 in Florida or equivalent).
• Strong financial acumen with ability to read financial statements, tax returns, and balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• New business development: identify, prospect and win new contract and commercial surety accounts.
• Client relationship management with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and general contractors.
• Underwriting & risk analysis: analyze financial statements and WIP reports for underwriting submissions.
• Carrier collaboration: negotiate terms and bonding capacity with surety underwriters.
• Account retention & service: coordinate bid bonds, performance & payment bonds, and annual reviews.
• Market expertise: stay current on construction economics and regulatory changes.
