Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician based in the Fenton, MO area. You will lead welding projects on boiler systems, perform planned and emergency welding, and assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across Watertube, Firetube and auxiliary equipment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass an ASME 6G test. Local travel with substantial overnight travel is required, and benefits include medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• ASME 6G certification is required to pass the test.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic mechanical and pipefitting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on welding projects for code and non-code items/structures.
• Provide planned and emergency welding services for boiler systems.
• Assist with complex boiler mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Be available for overnight travel and after-hours emergencies.
