Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service is seeking a Boilermaker to join our San Antonio team. The role requires traveling to customer sites to assemble boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels per blueprints, using power tools and hand tools.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and be able to read blueprints, work at heights, and lift up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights or in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assembles boilers, tanks, vats, and pressure vessels per blueprint specifications.
• Reads blueprint to locate parts and relationships.
• Connects tubes and fittings using expander, beading, and wrenches.
• Drills, taps, and prepares holes for installation of studs.
• Installs piping systems and components for boiler operations.
• Tests piping systems for leaks and ensures mechanical integrity.
