Northrop Grumman is seeking a Level 3 Cost Estimating Analyst to join our Production Operations Estimating team. The role will be based on-site in Palmdale, CA or Melbourne, FL and requires the ability to develop estimates, BOEs, and models while communicating results to leadership.

The candidate will analyze specifications, prepare reports, and support both pre-award and post-award estimating activities. A Secret clearance is required or in process, with experience in FAR/DFARS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense industry and business management.
• Working knowledge of government contract environment (FAR and DFARS).
• Experience developing compliant BOEs (Basis of Estimates).
• Experience with Excel and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Estimate labor costs of manufacturing based on proposals.
• Analyze specifications, sketches, BOMs, and layouts.
• Develop high-quality BOEs in the BOE tool.
• Communicate estimates and findings to management and customers.
• Support pre-award and post-award estimating activities.
