Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive body structures, vehicle architecture or feasibility.
• Deep understanding of body structure design and cross-functional integration.
• Ability to evaluate early concepts with incomplete information and provide direction.
• Experience collaborating with design, CAE, manufacturing, and product engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership through influence.
• Lead through influence without direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for new vehicle concepts and major architecture changes.
• Evaluate packaging, proportion, occupant, and structural concepts for viability.
• Collaborate with design, CAE, manufacturing to align design intent.
• Provide guidance during concept reviews and cross-functional workshops.
• Develop structural feasibility strategies for leadership and program teams.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and translate input into design guidance.
