Qualifications

• 8-12 years in automotive vehicle design and development with increasing levels of project and team management.
• 3+ years managing a multi-functional engineering department.
• Significant experience in Automotive areas of Structure, Closures, CAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans and budget in support of the Engineering Design Team.
• Manage and direct Engineers in daily activities for work projects.
• Lead new technology development and technical road maps.

Expert oral and written communication skills

Expert in CATIA, CAE or similar systems

Expert Project Management skills

Flexibility with program and process changes

Expert skills in MS Office
