Job summary

West Bend Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Bodily Injury Claims Representative to lead high-exposure BI claims with minimal supervision, guiding investigations and evaluating coverage. This remote/hybrid role supports collaboration across teams and mentors peers.

Responsibilities include handling complex BI claims, negotiating settlements, managing litigated files, maintaining reserves, and presenting select claims to committee.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex bodily injury claims.
• Strong investigation, coverage analysis, and liability assessment skills.
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with attorneys and litigated claims.
• AIC, AINS, CPCU coursework, or other insurance education is a plus.
