Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a large inventory of complex BI claims and evaluate liability and damages.
• Plan and conduct investigations to confirm coverage and liability.
• Analyze and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Attend arbitrations, mediations, or trials as needed.
• Convey coverage details and settlements to insureds and claimants.
