Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Florida Bar in good standing.
• Trial experience; First Chairs during trial.
• Strong communication and client service.
• Experience with case management software.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients after pre-suit through trial.
• Manage 35–40 files with paralegal support.
• Collaborate with trial team to prepare for jury trials.
• No marketing required; referrals welcome and compensated.
• Work within a structured command chain to boost efficiency.
