The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, negotiation and client-service skills, and be able to independently handle complex civil litigation matters on-site.

Active Florida Bar license required; 1+ years in PI litigation preferred. Salary range: $120,000–$160,000 per year, health and life insurance benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• 4+ years of legal experience including personal injury litigation.
• Experience with civil litigation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through settlement or trial prep.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and advocate for clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, participate in hearings, and handle discovery matters.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial as appropriate.
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to move cases forward.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide responsive legal guidance.
