Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Sr. BCBA to lead individualized ABA treatment plans for children from birth to age 12, guiding clinical teams toward measurable progress and ethical practice.

You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, and stay current on ABA research while advancing a supportive, growth‑minded clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
