Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Sr. BCBA to lead and supervise clinical services in Cypress, TX, serving children birth through age 12.

You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with speech, OT, and PT teams to support comprehensive client care. You will maintain high standards of clinical quality and stay current on ABA research, while contributing to a supportive, collaborative work environment that values clinician well-being and ongoing

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and guiding clinical teams.
• Strong data analysis and treatment adjustment skills.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
