Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs for children from birth to age 12, focusing on communication, behavior, social skills, and independence.

You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, and contribute to data-driven treatment planning in a supportive, clinician-owned environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required/eligible.
• Experience delivering ABA to children birth-12.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
