Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy in Texas is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBAs and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will collect session data electronically, maintain clear communication with supervisors, and ensure timely completion of documentation. This role emphasizes hands-on mentorship and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to and from clinic.
• Comfortable working directly with children with compassion.
