Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is a clinician-owned provider dedicated to exceptional outcomes for children and families across Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, Texas. BCBAs lead evidence-based ABA treatment plans and collaborate with Speech, OT, and PT teams to deliver holistic care.

As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, analyze data to maximize progress, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ independence, communication, and social development.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and be licensed in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing supervision and mentorship.
• Ability to analyze and adjust ABA treatment data to maximize client progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with diverse needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies for progress.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and PT teams.
• Partner with multidisciplinary clinicians to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with ABA research.

What You'll Do

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
