Job summary

Control Solutions Group, Inc., an EMCOR Company, seeks a highly skilled Technician Level IV for Building Management Systems in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex BAS/BMS projects, mentoring subcontractors and guiding field teams to meet timelines and standards.

Candidates should have 4–7 years in HVAC controls, familiarity with WebCTRL, and strong communication and documentation abilities to ensure project success across diverse Utah

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years field experience in HVAC controls, DDC systems commissioning and calibration.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient with WebCTRL and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly execute complex automation installation projects on-site across Utah.
• On-site collaboration with the Project Manager to analyze scope changes, assess priorities, and manage deadlines.
• Review contract documents, RFIs, and project correspondence at the job site to determine scope and ensure alignment.
• Provide expert on-site direction to subcontractors and track progress to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior technicians and pursue continuous professional development.
