Qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years field experience in HVAC controls including DDC systems commissioning and calibration.
• Knowledge of WebCTRL software tools and field circuit debugging preferred.
• Understanding of the construction industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to installation subcontractors to coordinate construction activities.
• Lead installation, commissioning and maintenance of complex BAS/BMS systems to meet project timelines.
