Job summary

Control Solutions Group, Inc., an EMCOR Company, seeks a highly skilled Building Management Systems (BMS) Technician IV to join our Salt Lake City, Utah team. You will lead on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex BAS/BMS systems, guiding subcontractors to meet schedules and uphold industry standards.

The role requires 4–7 years of HVAC controls experience, strong problem-solving, and expertise with WebCTRL or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years field experience in HVAC controls, including DDC systems commissioning and calibration.
• Knowledge of Automated Logic WebCTRL tools; field debugging preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex automation installation and commissioning on-site across Utah.
• Lead subcontractors and coordinate with the Project Manager to meet milestones.
• Troubleshoot and optimize BAS/BMS systems in the field.
• Provide mentorship and ensure project documentation quality.
