Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to develop next-generation Battery Management System technologies within its IDES division in Mossville, IL. You will define architectures, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation across a portfolio of battery and power management products.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, system-level thinking, and contributing to future electrification platforms. On-site five days a week with relocation support available.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage system and component-level requirements.
• Evaluate PCB layouts for robustness and EMC compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to technical strategy and product development roadmap.
• Support validation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
