Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to develop next-generation Battery Management System (BMS) technologies supporting the company’s electrification strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams to define architectures, drive innovation, and advance high and low-voltage power systems. The role focuses on system-level requirements, PCB robustness, and validation activities, with relocation and on-site requirements in Mossville, IL.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate high-voltage power systems and low-voltage EC systems.

• Define, develop, and manage system and component-level requirements.
• Evaluate PCB layouts for robustness and EMC certification.
• Support product validation, testing, and continuous improvement.
