You will coordinate multiple engineering disciplines to align technical development with schedules, resources, and business goals, ensuring successful product development and implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and strong PM, requirements analysis, and troubleshooting skills. On-site work in Mossville, IL with relocation support and travel <= 15% is available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Battery Management System solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate hardware, software, systems, validation, and applications teams.
• Identify and manage risks and issues with timely resolution.
• Facilitate alignment among engineering teams, suppliers, and leadership.
• Support product development from concept through production implementation.
• Drive strategic planning aligning priorities with objectives.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
