Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced engineer to design, validate, and enhance battery management systems for electric vehicles. You will prototype, test, and validate BMS hardware, while supporting vehicle-level integrations from prototype to mass production.

Work closely with mechanical design, manufacturing, and supply chain to bring products into mass production. A strong background in electronics, PCB design, and EMI testing is required, with experience in high‑power applications and CAN

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelors in electronic or electrical engineering.
• Hands-on hardware development and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with EMI requirements and high power applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and enhance battery management system (BMS) for electric vehicles.
• Prototype, test and validate BMS hardware.
• Contribute to drivetrain and vehicle-level integrations from prototype to mass production.
• Work with mechanical design, manufacturing and supply chain to mass produce the product.
• Develop electronics products as part of a team.
