Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced specialist to own and operate building management and video-management systems across data center locations. You will administer platforms like Tridium Niagara/N4, WebCTRL, and Metasys, troubleshoot complex incidents, and coordinate with vendors to implement permanent fixes.

Responsibilities include supervising access, storage, and integrations, documenting runbooks, and ensuring secure configurations. Travel to data center sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience supporting BMS/BAS or related OT systems.
• Experience administering enterprise BMS/BAS platforms.
• Experience with enterprise VMS and camera infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting across apps, servers, networks, and storage.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and segmentation.
• Ability to interpret diagrams and technical docs.
• Experience handling incidents and vendor escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own BMS/BAS and VMS incidents from triage to resolution.
• Administer and troubleshoot platforms, servers, and networks.
• Support camera onboarding, recording, storage, and access.
• Coordinate vendor support and change management.
• Develop runbooks and documentation for operations.
