Locations: Denver, Atlanta, Virginia

Salary: $110,000- $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on data center infrastructure.
• Perform routine and emergency servicing, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on BAS hardware and software.
• Interpret and apply a range of technical schematics including network topologies, electrical one-lines, control diagrams, and device wiring layouts.
• Utilize BMS control platforms, especially Tridium Niagara NX4, for system integration, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Create and interpret CAD drawings and other construction documentation to support project execution.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Strong command of open communication protocols: BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU.
• Skilled in wire termination techniques for RS-232, RS-485, CAT 5/6, and similar interfaces.
• Familiar with CAD tools and construction software for design collaboration.
