Job summary

Control Solutions Group, Inc., an EMCOR Company, seeks a highly skilled Building Management Systems (BMS) Technician IV for Salt Lake City, Utah. The role provides expert direction for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex BAS/BMS systems in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities include on-site leadership, subcontractor guidance, reviewing contract documents, and optimizing system performance through advanced diagnostics and programming in WebCTRL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years field experience in HVAC controls.
• Experience with DDC systems commissioning.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex automation installation projects on-site.
• Lead on-site subcontractors and manage milestones.
• Review contract documents and RFIs at the job site.
• Coordinate with General Contractor and other trades.
• Develop field solutions to overcome challenges.
