Job summary

QUEST DIAGNOSTICS INC is seeking a BME Supervisor to coordinate daily BME team activities and ensure service quality for lab instrumentation and automation systems. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, mentoring of biomedical technicians, and leadership over the on-site BME team.

Responsibilities include supervision of daily operations, fault diagnosis, PM and QA of equipment, and collaboration with vendors and site leadership to align initiatives and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working as an engineer or technician in a biomedical/imaging service/clinical lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of BME daily operations at assigned site.
• Review, audit, and participate in problem diagnosis, repair, PM, and QA of equipment.
• Develop annual goals and objectives for the BME team and manage projects.
