Jobot seeks a hands-on Manager of Bench Technical Services to lead a BMET/biomedical engineering team responsible for repair, testing, calibration and maintenance of medical devices. The role emphasizes leadership, quality, and customer support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will supervise ~15 technicians, partner with the Director of Technical Services on strategy and process improvements, and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO standards while delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive technical experience in medical device/biomedical industry.
• Several years of supervisory/management experience leading technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Biomedical/Technical Services.
• Supervise and develop a team of ~15 BMETs/medical device technicians.
• Oversee repair, preventive maintenance, calibration, testing, and upgrades of medical devices.
