Job summary

Wise Skulls LLC is seeking an experienced Senior BMC Helix Developer/Administrator to lead and enhance BMC Helix ITSM platforms, develop REST API integrations, and manage enterprise workflows across Digital Workplace and Service Catalog.

The role requires hands-on work with AR System, Helix ITSM, and platform administration, plus strong API, database, and authentication knowledge to support production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy / AR System / BMC Helix.
• Experience with BMC Helix ITSM and AR System development.
• Experience with Digital Workplace and Service Catalog (SRM).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Request Management configurations.
• Knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle and database troubleshooting.
• Understanding of API authentication, OAuth 2.0, SSO / RSSO, and service accounts.
• ITIL knowledge and enterprise production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain BMC Helix ITSM applications.
• Configure AR System forms, filters, active links, escalations, and workflows.
• Support Smart IT, Digital Workplace (DWP), Service Catalog, Incident, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Manage production issues, troubleshoot workflow failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Configure approval workflows, service catalog items, and self-service experiences.
• Build monitoring dashboards, KPI reports, and platform health metrics.
• Manage environment deployments across Development, QA, and Production.
