Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to own blockchain intelligence for a priority coverage area. You will turn on-chain tracing, OSINT, and diverse signals into finished intelligence, covering scam/fraud, counter-narcotics, and money laundering.

You will build AI-driven pipelines that turn signals into attribution, tracing funds across chains and correlating with Mandarin-language OSINT sources to identify money laundering networks and gambling networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, threat intelligence, or financial-crime investigations.
• Strong OSINT and off-chain tradecraft: connect on-chain activity to real-world entities.
• Domain expertise in money laundering, illicit gambling, and underground banking.
• Mandarin fluency is a strong plus.
• Production AI fluency: build end-to-end pipelines processing diverse signals.
• Proven track record of independently running complex investigations and producing clear, source-cited intelligence.
• US-based preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own TRM’s blockchain intelligence for a priority coverage area end-to-end.
• Build AI-enabled pipelines turning diverse signals into attribution.
• Trace funds across chains and correlate on-chain activity with OSINT.
• Attribute money laundering networks, threat actors, and gambling networks.
• Drive attribution and leads for multiple threat categories.
• Set ambitious coverage targets and develop reusable AI pipelines.
