Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to own the design, deployment, security, and ongoing operation of smart contract systems across multiple chains for Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. You will build secure, scalable contracts and the tooling that enables non-technical teammates to view on-chain state, while connecting design decisions to product, legal, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in blockchain engineering on multiple chains.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong systems design across contracts, tooling, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable smart contract systems across ecosystems.
• Own security and lifecycle operations from deployment to maintenance.
• Build tooling and automation for non-technical teammates.
• Integrate contracts with web apps and operational teams.
• Provide technical leadership for blockchain projects.
