Job summary
Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to own the design of our smart contract systems—covering deployment, security, monitoring, and lifecycle across multiple chains. You’ll build secure, scalable on-chain solutions and tooling so non-technical teammates can safely view and manage on-chain state.
You’ll work closely with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to ensure contracts are sound, regulatorily aligned, and operable day-to-day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally on multiple chains.
- Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design entire smart contract systems with deployment, security, and lifecycle in mind.
- Own contract security across the full lifetime of systems, including upgrade safety and admin controls.
- Build tooling to let non-technical teammates view and manage on-chain state safely.
- Connect smart contract design to product, web, and ops teams for end-to-end operability.
- Provide technical leadership and guide the engineering team toward scalable solutions.
