You will contribute 80% of your time coding on production systems using Rust or Go, with 5+ years of software experience and 3+ years in blockchain.

Proficiency in Rust, Go, Solidity, Java, or Python.
Production experience with L1/L2 networks; shipping infrastructure beyond smart contracts.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure and settlement protocol architecture.
Implement and optimize consensus mechanisms for enterprise-grade performance and deterministic finality.
Architect cross-chain communication and bridging systems for multi-network interoperability.
Drive security, scalability, and reliability across all chain-level systems.
Debug and harden production systems and handle edge cases.
Lead technical research on emerging protocols and translate into shipped code.
Collaborate with smart contract and banking teams to deliver integrated settlements.
Own RFCs and architecture decisions; mentor engineers through reviews.
