Qualifications

• 2+ years building blockchain systems or consensus engines in Rust.
• Strong memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with PBFT, HotStuff, Tendermint, or similar protocols.
• Proficiency with RocksDB or MDBX and state trie optimization.
• Experience with P2P networking and gossip protocols.
• Cross-chain experience is a plus.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, harden, and extend consensus protocols to ensure safety and liveness.
• Integrate Ethereum-compatible execution clients and bridge layers.
• Develop cryptographic primitives for validator authentication and aggregation.
• Optimize block times, throughput, and storage for scalability.
