You will be the direct interface with clients, freeholders and leaseholders, delivering a comprehensive property management service across mixed-use buildings and estates.

The role involves inspections, budgeting, service charges, health and safety compliance, contractor management, and chairing meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous block management experience is required.
• AIRPM/ MAIRPM qualification is essential.
• Good customer relationship skills are a must.
• Accountancy or previous property experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of management services for a portfolio of mixed-use properties.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare site reports for clients/leaseholders.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain risk assessments.
• Prepare budgets and monitor service charges with clients.
• Coordinate interviewing, selection and supervision of contractors.
• Maintain communications with clients, landlords and residents' committees.
