Job summary

Rippling seeks a senior BizOps leader to tackle high-stakes challenges and accelerate growth across the revenue engine. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to launch initiatives, owning data-backed dashboards and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior experience in management consulting, BizOps, VC/PE, or startup founder.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Data-first mindset with SQL, analytics and dashboards.
• Comfort with executive storytelling and operational detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact problems and build scalable solutions with senior leaders.
• Architect and refine monetization, pricing, and packaging strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Own data: write SQL queries, build dashboards, extract insights.
• Define and scale operational metrics with Finance and RevOps.
