This role combines strategy with hands-on execution in a multi-billion-dollar scale-up. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in top-tier consulting or BizOps, plus 3+ years of people management, and a proven ability to scale key functions and drive GTM

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in top-tier Management Consulting, BizOps, or as a VC-backed Founder.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Proven track record of scaling critical business functions (e.g., Sales Ops, GTM).
• First-Principles thinking to deconstruct complex problems.
• All-Altitude operation—comfortable with strategy and IC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and recruit a elite team of BizOps operators.
• Translate CEO directives into cross-functional programs.
• Identify operational hotspots and design scalable solutions.
• Own your stack: build SQL queries and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Standardize metrics with Finance and RevOps to govern growth.
