Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business operations, strategy, or analytics.
• Experience building financial models, dashboards, or reporting systems.

• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and cross-functional project experience.

• Analyze and manipulate data with SQL or Python to identify trends and communicate useful findings.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, keeping teams aligned on goals, timelines, and progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency, then help put practical changes in place.
• Use advanced spreadsheet skills to organize data, test assumptions, and support day-to-day business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or analytics.
• Experience building financial models, dashboards, or reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• A track record of managing cross-functional projects and using advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience improving processes or operational efficiency, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scaling company.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $100,000 to $130,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
