Qualifications

• 8+ years of robotics engineering in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with BIW robotic simulation and production engineering.
• Proficiency in 3DX robotic simulation (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of welding, paint, and final assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute project activities: plant investigation, feasibility studies, interference and clearance analysis.
• Weld spot distribution across robots while meeting cycle-time requirements.
• Prepare equipment, robot, and process specifications; conduct reach studies and simulations.
• Provide engineering support for introducing new car models on existing production lines.
• Support production ramp-up based on market demand; drive line innovation and optimization.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore engineering teams; manage projects to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
