Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a Business Analyst with a strong scientific or biotech background to bridge biology with enterprise systems. You will facilitate stakeholder meetings, translate scientist needs into technical requirements, and collaborate across multi-site teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in biotech or scientific environments, BABOK-aligned experience, and familiarity with agile methods and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, chemistry or CS and exposure to drug discovery
• Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Strong customer orientation and ability to map needs to enterprise systems
• Proven capabilities interacting with scientists and customer service oriented
• Collaborate with researchers to define solutions and address needs
• Ability to work independently or in a team and manage multiple assignments
• Strong data analysis tools experience to support research processes
• Professional communication with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate respect and dignity in decisions, communications, and actions
• Experience with IIBA BABOK and agile practices preferred
