Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Senior Analyst for SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to join our growing accounting team. You will prepare and coordinate the company’s quarterly and annual reporting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and complex technical accounting matters, liaising with internal partners and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years of Big 4 audit with SEC‑registered clients.
• Biotech or life sciences industry experience a plus.
• Experience auditing and/or working within ERP/finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Prepare the quarterly and annual SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K, earnings release) and supporting schedules.
• Assist with technical accounting research and position memos on complex matters.
• Support diverse accounting areas including ASC 842, ASC 323, ASC 470, ASC 815, ASC 260, ASC 850.
• Coordinate quarterly flux analysis and tie‑outs with the broader accounting team.
• Develop into the SEC team's subject matter expert for reporting systems (Coupa, SAP, Blackline, Workiva).
• Maintain internal controls and collaborate with auditors and cross‑functional teams.
