BridgeBio Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to join our dynamic accounting team. You will prepare and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings, support complex accounting areas, and drive improvements in reporting processes in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

You will work with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Blackline, and Workiva, while maintaining SOX controls and partnering with Audit, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years of Big 4 (or similar) audit experience with SEC-registered clients.
• Biotech or life sciences industry experience a plus.
• Experience auditing and/or working within ERP and finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release).
• Assist with technical accounting research and position memos on complex matters.
• Support various complex accounting areas (ASC 842, ASC 323, ASC 470, ASC 815, ASC 260, ASC 810, ASC 450, ASC 850).
• Coordinate with the wider accounting team on flux analysis and tie-out procedures.
• Develop into the SEC team's point person for external reporting functionality (Coupa, SAP, Blackline, Workiva).
• Maintain and enhance SOX-compliant internal controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage audit requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance teams and Investor Relations.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled process improvements.
