Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Senior Scientist in Biostatistics to support Oncology with expertise in solid tumors or hematologic malignancies. The role centers on designing studies, leading analyses, and developing biomarkers for targeted therapies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to regulatory filings, and work in a hybrid model with on-site and remote days across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics or related field, OR a Master’s Degree with at least six (6) years of clinical data analysis experience, is required.
• Proven experience with SAS and R for statistical programming and analysis.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements in clinical drug development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical input into the clinical development of drugs for cancer treatment.
• Design clinical studies, lead the statistical analysis plan, and perform analyses.
• Contribute to scientific presentations and manuscripts.
