Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Senior Scientist, Biostatistics to support Oncology Therapeutics. Based in multiple locations (San Diego, Raritan, Titusville, Spring House) with a hybrid schedule and up to ~10% travel, the role conducts statistical analyses for cancer programs and collaborates cross-functionally.

The position requires a PhD in Statistics or related field, or a Master’s with 6+ years of clinical data experience, plus expertise in SAS and R and strong

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics or related discipline required or Master’s with 6+ years of clinical data analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of SAS and R is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical input into the clinical development of cancer drugs.
• Design and lead the statistical analysis plan, conduct analyses, and contribute to the clinical study report.
• Contribute to scientific presentations and manuscripts.
• Participate in process improvement, standards development, and statistical capability building.
• Collaborate with statisticians, SAS programmers, trial managers, regulatory affairs, and medical writing as needed.
