Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Scientist, Biostatistics to join the Oncology Statistics team within J&J Innovative Medicine. This role focuses on driving quantitative design, analysis and reporting for oncology clinical trials, including hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.

You will contribute to statistically rigorous decision-making, interact with stakeholders, and support regulatory commitments in a diverse, inclusive environment that values DEI and scientific excellence.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics or related field with relevant experience (0-2 years) or a Master’s with commensurate experience.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity with passion for translating data into evidence.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical input for decision-making and design/analysis of studies.
• Support statistical aspects of regulatory commitments.
• Advocate appropriate statistical methods and demonstrate statistical knowledge.
• Engage in training sessions with colleagues and external contractors.
• Participate in scientific conferences and external collaborations.
• Collaborate with external partners including key opinion leaders and CROs.
• Contribute to training, process improvement and technical expertise.
