TYLin Group is seeking a Senior Biosolids Engineer to advance our biosolids capabilities within the Water Sector. You will lead design for biosolids treatment, dewatering, and handling, coordinating with agencies and clients to secure approvals.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, and schedules, and contribute to technical standards and best practices for biosolids. This role emphasizes leadership and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• P.E. licensure with ability to obtain reciprocity in multiple states.
• 8+ years in wastewater infrastructure with biosolids focus.
• Knowledge of approval processes and design standards (Local/Provincial).
• Contract administration experience is a plus.
• Client-focused with innovative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of biosolids treatment, dewatering, handling (digestion, thickening, reuse).
• Coordinate designs with municipal/utility agencies and secure approvals.
• Liaise with clients and agencies to obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions.
• Develop and manage project scope, budget, staffing and schedule.
• Prepare contract documents for construction and design deliverables.
• Conduct QA/QC on projects and manage team members.
• Represent TYLin at associations and conferences.
