TYLin Group is seeking an Engineer to join the Water Solutions Team in Richmond, VA. You will manage and support multiple water and wastewater projects, delivering design and project delivery expertise while upholding our core values.

You will develop client relationships, lead teams, and contribute to business development efforts, advancing project quality, schedule, and budget adherence. This role emphasizes technical excellence and collaboration within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in VA A (Virginia Professional Engineer) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water and/or wastewater treatment and climate/flood resiliency.

• TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$88,800- $133,200 annually for this position and local market.
