ZETA in King of Prussia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design and engineering activities for biopharmaceutical client projects, including upstream, downstream, and GMP-compliant systems. You will collaborate across engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 10 years in biotech/pharma, with knowledge of GMPs and biopharmaceutical process systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Biotech/Pharma experience.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and biopharmaceutical process systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the process engineering scope on time and on budget, aligned with quality and compliance.
• Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.
• Design process equipment such as vessels, mixing systems, and filtration skids.
• Develop URS and Functional Specifications.
• Lead start-up activities including FAT and SAT.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with automation, mechanical, and project management teams.
• Develop CIP/SIP strategies and cycle design.

Educación
